1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Customer") and cricbid ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the cricbid.app website and related digital services.

By accessing or placing a backing/bid on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cancellation/Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Strict Non-Gambling & Entertainment Classification

cricbid operates solely as a community engagement and social leaderboard platform. We are NOT a gambling, betting, wagering, lottery, fantasy sports league, or investment platform:

• No monetary prizes, dividends, jackpots, interest, or financial payouts are ever distributed to users.
• Placing a backing does not grant ownership, equity, or commercial rights in any sports entity, athlete, or club.
• Transactions represent voluntary payments for instant digital leaderboard recognition and entertainment.

3. Payments & Gateway Processing

All transactions on cricbid are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized third-party payment gateways, including DodoPayments. By authorizing a payment, you confirm that you are the legitimate authorized holder of the payment method (UPI account, Credit/Debit card, or Net Banking facility) used.

4. User Conduct & Content Moderation

Users are prohibited from submitting nicknames or cheer messages containing hate speech, obscenities, harassment, defamation, or commercial spam. We reserve the right to remove any violating message and revoke access without refund.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
